The process was pretty straightforward. The interviewer initially described it as a screening but when I got on the phone it was a full on interview. I felt really prepaired for the interview despite the lack of clarity, however, I think the interviewer was intimidated by my level of experience as she had only been with the organization for a few months. All and all, this organization may not have been a good fit considering the lack of minority employees at only less than 9%. She told me that she would contact me the following week. That week came and went. I finally had to send her an email of which time she sent me the canned response of "sorry but we are not moving forward." Kind of sad that we have to chase down employers for follow-up but hey....
