Met with manager and floor supervisor very comfortable felt like I was just talking to friends. Then took a tour of the unit, everyone was friendly and welcoming even when it was clear they were having a very hectic day. It was quick and I was called with an offer within a couple of days. The HR process was the longest part (background check, drug and health screen)

Tell us about your last employer? Tell us about a time when you had to act in a situation where there was a "gray area" with regard to policy?
The process was quick and simple. Although I was asked to complete some task days after my portal said not selected. I felt as if this was not ok and didn’t feel as if my time was valued.

Straight forward interview like any other job. They ask you to tell them about yourself and your interest in their company. They also ask your goals for your career and where you see yourself.
