Hard ridiculous questions, intimidating on purpose. Took forever to call me back in the first place and then won’t follow up for months. They are so slow at hiring it’s ridiculous

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mission Health (Asheville, NC)

Very straight-forward and simple process. In and out in less than 30 min. I had an advantage due to a few friends that referred me to the manager but still felt the interview process was easier than most. Mostly focused on how the system operates and what the expectations of me are.

it was a long process with a lot of online form to fill out and it took well over a week to finish all the requirements, once i got the forms finished i went to the hospital and had to sit around for almost 25 minutes for the manger met with me, after words she showed me a quick look at the floor then i was done.
