There were several phases, and the interviews didn't really follow the structure that was outlined in their careers site. The interviewers were friendly and the questions were quite casual. I got through to the final phase but they pulled the role due to budget so I didn't get to move forward. One thing I didn't like was the lack of communication and the interviews constantly being pushed back. It felt very disorganised.
