I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Miro (Berlin) in Apr 2023
Interview
A fairly standard multi-step process, usually with multiple interviewers on each call. There was also a home assignment in a video form. The whole process took about 6 weeks end to end. I did not get an offer, but the hiring team provided useful feedback.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when one of your projects failed.
I applied online. I interviewed at Miro (Amsterdam) in Apr 2021
Interview
Miro takes the PM position very seriously, since they are a true product-led company. So expect a thorough interview process, with a high-bar and quite a few stages(below).
What stood out is that everyone I met was really friendly and genuinely interested in getting to know me and my work. Product, Design, Marketing, Engineering - all interviewers will check out your assignment and ask very relevant questions. I was surprised that even the Founder/CEO had gone through my assignment and was really curious why I made some particular decisions in it.
Summary: you need to put in the work, but trust that so will the people on the other side. Even before getting the offer, I felt the whole thing was equitable and fair.
Stages: HR - HM(HoP) - Assignment - Panel 1(present assignment) - Engineering collab - HoP from other vertical - Founder/CEO - 2 referral check interviews

Question 1
Q: What's the biggest challenge you've had in building product?
Very vague interview process, neither HR nor hiring team would ever provide you clarity on the interview process, they will keep on adding rounds till they get all insights from you to build their product. The worst part is they would not tell you in advance about case round and will give Miro's own case study to solve. They are just looking for insights to develop their product by organizing fake interviews. Worst experience ever!
