4 stage interviews. Focusing on experience and fit to the position. I was ghosted for a month after the final interview! I had to reach to the company a several times to get a respond. Finally, got a rejection email after more than a month waiting

There are around 4 stages of the interview process. One with HR, another analyst, team lead, and one with higher management. There is one technical interview and the others are general interview questions.
