There was an initial phone interview followed by a Zoom video interview . The phone interview was very rudimentary. It was just a basic validation of my resume. I was also asked for references even in this early part
1) Interview with HR person who was friendly and just asked general questions about experience 2) HR person decided I was a good fit and sent me a test assignment which included writing ad copy (and suggesting an image), writing an email, and revising a section of the website 3) Interview with another HR team member and Creative Director
