The interview process is what you'd expect in a large law firm. Several rounds - recruiter, hiring manager, Office managers, department managers and of course attorneys and partners. It can get quite intense with the attorneys.

They do not prioritize work life balance. I asked about it and said that’s what I’m looking for and never received any further communication. The salary range was very good however.

I had a phone interview/screening in which I was asked about my experiences and why I wanted to work as a paralegal. I was told I would hear back within a week regarding next steps in the interview process. Sent a thank you note. Waited several weeks but never heard back.
