1 HR 1 partner. Quite structured, normal interview questions like self-introduction, why the firm, strengths and weaknesses. They would ask some ad hoc questions based on your answer, but would not go too deep. Prepare for commercial news as well.

I applied online through their portal. The process was very standard and straight forward. I met with 2 partner and a senior associate. Questions were mostly behavioural and serious. I would say the process is similar to many other law firms.

There were two rounds of interviews. The first was with two people (partner and HR) and the second was one-on-one (senior associate). After the first interview you get coffee with a 'buddy' and can ask them any questions you have about the firm.
