Phone call then face to face - you must have a good understanding of the brand and the current season and trends - they want passionate people who love fashion and wearing the product. The manager conducts the interview
Until phone call interview with a lot of questions about trends, fashion and how I saw the brand. The second interview was more about me, my experience and qualifications. The interviewer both times was lovely and took her time. Overall was a nice and positive interview process.
