They typically hire internally for their more tenured positions- so not a lengthy process. Starting in inside sales (entry level) is an easy way to get promoted quickly. Inside sales is grueling, but a great way to get into an AE position.

Meeting with HR then with manager. HR was very basic, what is your work experience, etc. Manager was more skill based, both hard and soft skills. Overall, a straightforward expierence.

Had a first interview online where you just video recorded yourself with a set of 7 questions. Someone got back to me about a 2nd interview, we did that, then ghosted me.
