They ask you only 10 questions. Many questions were not related to the job description they post. This interviews with state departments are really different from the ones that we face in other organizations.60% of the questions were behavioral and other were technical.

The interviewer explained a process where they are OCRing some documents and many systems are invoved in it. While explaining the interviewer said that he would ask questions on the same process.He asked me a question to repeat the entire process.
