I applied online. I interviewed at Minitab (State College, PA) in May 2026
Interview
I recently completed a rigorous, 5-stage interview process. After passing the initial screening, HR interview, take-home assessment, and technical review, I was invited to the final onsite loop. Unfortunately, after completing two final-round interviews, I received an automated rejection email. It's disappointing to get a generic rejection after such a deep run, but it was valuable experience nonetheless.

Question 1
How would you explain to someone with little to no knowledge in technology?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Minitab
Interview
-Phone screening with recruiter
-Two virtual meetings, one with the hiring manager, one with a manager of an adjacent team
-Onsite interview day with 6 sessions, one of which was a role play to simulate showing ROI and closing a deal
Typical behavioral questions. Was very straightforward reached back after a week from applying for the role. Very short interview did not even take up the full 30 min. The entire interview felt a little bit rushed but was not too bad overall
