The board is composed of five members. out of five one is a technical person, there is a secretary others are members of the commission they ask questions related to the job wanting to establish the knowledge the applicant have on the job, they ask current news wanting to know how the applicant is well informed about the current situation. then evaluate and award marks as accordingly.
