I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Minicabit (London, England) in Jun 2024
Interview
Interview process was fairly easy, I was messaged by them on indeed and sent a link to schedule an interview. All was great until they mentioned in the interview that it wasn’t a permanent position it was contract work. A few days later I was offered the role I didn’t accept the role there and then because I had some reservations as something didn’t seem right. Most of my questions I had about the role were answered up until I noticed that the salary they were offering and the hours they wanted worked per week came to less than minimum wage for someone my age. I questioned them about this to see if I had mis understood anything and there response wasn’t an explanation but rather them retracting the job offer which I found to be extremely suspicious and to be honest I feel like I have dodged a bullet, anyone applying for a role with this company please be extremely careful and compare the wage to the amount of hours they are asking you to work before accepting any role.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Minicabit (London, England) in Jul 2019
Interview
Recruiter, followed by telephone interview with the ceo. Then an interview with the ceo followed by an interview with the team. The interview processes were fairly short and asked a free situational and competency based questions.
