I applied online. I interviewed at Mindshare PR (Los Altos, CA) in May 2015
Interview
The interview is set up so you can meet all, if not most of the team. At mindshare they emphasize cohesion and team work, since projects are tasked on a group or partner basis. As oppose to a panel interview, the interview is set so you meet everyone individually, which I do prefer, but the questions can get very repetitive.

Met with several team members, including Heather. It was positive and easy to talk to each team member. They asked a lot of questions but also wanted to make sure I was a culture fit as well, which I appreciated as this is a huge driver for me in choosing the right company to work for.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mindshare PR
Interview
The first interview I had was over the phone, and it was basically just learning more about the company and the position and them learning about me. The phone interview took about 30 minutes. The in-person interview was much longer. I met with each worker one on one and to answer the same questions with each person. Would have been much easier to meet with everyone together.
