Interview
It was supposed to be a 2 part interview but for me, as I lacked relevant experience I had to go through another round of assessment before my final interview. The first interview was straightforward, they wanted to know about me. Why this field and what can I bring in terms of value. After that, I got an assessment from them that focused on Planning Campaigns for various brands and had a 3-day timeline. Finally, the last interview was with their CEO which went similarly to the first one, I just now got to know more about the company and its culture.

Small, but interesting it was. We talked about my experiences and the task in hand. The Creative Head took my interview. He was friendly, and really gave me the space to be myself.
