Applied online, a few days later receive a generic email asking to fill out multiple essay questions in their HRIS (instead of jumping on a call and talking through those same questions).
After a week, they sent the generic "thanks but no thanks" email.
I have better things to do then fill out essay questions to not ever hear back. Candidates have better things to do in their job search during a pandemic. If this is how they treat candidates for executive positions, how do they treat their blue collar candidates?
