The process took about 6 weeks. The internal recruiter was incredibly professional, walked me through the process and checked in regularly, making me feel valued and in the loop. I first had a screening interview with her, then a virtual interview with the hiring manager, who was also very pleasant and professional, and made extra time for my questions. The final interview was onsite and consisted of a brief training presentation I executed (information regarding the presentation was given to me several days prior, allowing for prep time), interviews with 3 key leadership team members, and also quality time with the entire training team. I found every interaction to be positive and questions asked were real world questions, easily answered for someone with a legit training background. Congrats and best of luck to the candidate who was selected!
