Went to the client's site and wowed the company where I would be working. During the interview, the director of the program planned outloud where I'd be working and what my duties were. They were visually putting me in the program already.
I think that not being male was a huge strike against me. I have applied with MindBank many, many times and they never found a suitable opening.
