I’ve gone through two stages of interviews. The first one is more towards introductory session with explanation of the job scope. Simple, precise and compact. After I got accepted for the first stage, the second stage of interview was commenced. One-on-one interview with the son of the tuition chain. Several basic questions such as ‘Tell me about yourself’, and ‘Why you want to work here’ were asked. Fortunately, I passed both stages with ease. Since the tuition is focused on reading, I need to learn their system and follow certain teachings according to the training given by their management. If I am eligible to give a sincere feedback, it’s a bit of a letdown that the salary offered was a bit underpaid.
