Two whole recruiting process is made of 2 interviews and then on the 3rd discussion you get an offer. First interview with HR, I was asked about my experience and basically to talk about myself. Quite mechanical, rushed and seemingly on the clock. The interviewer clearly doesn't have experience with technical recruiting. From the discussion I learned about work procedures so then I realized they were completely missing. This is also evident from the way they explained to me how the tasks are carried out, they are to be received either on Whatsapp, Skype or whatever suits everyone, so lack of proper organized procedures. I kind of figured out what a working day looks like there if they can't even manage to structure their working tasks punctually. The second was a "technical" interview where the person in question, apparently a "specialist" had no idea what to ask me... The only "technical" question asked was whether I had worked with websites selling to more than one country. I was expecting technical things to discuss with the guy, catalog management, shipping configs, csv imports, theme customization, etc. Then in the absence of any other pertinent technical questions, I talked about my experience...again. They seemed to be amateurs in the interview process, about the technical part as well they didn't give me any hint themselves master it. In the end they told me that I would get an answer about the outcome whether I would be selected or not, but they didn't give any further indication. Given the lack of seriousness and the chaotic way of working I get the feeling that I dodged a bullet.
