I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MindGym in Jan 2021
Interview
The interview process was comprehensive. I met with a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Team Member, an SVP of a region, the Chief Revenue Officer, and finally conducted a Simulation. The interviews provided me the opportunity to describe my previous experiences and the Simulation allowed the team to see how I would interact with clients.

They reached out to me about this role, I reached out to friends that used to and still work there. They said it's a hot mess over there. I interviewed just for the practice.

Question 1
Basically they want someone who can bring in 3-5 million out of some lukewarm leads in an overcrowded market. Spent literally 5 minutes reading their marketing slogans to me.
