I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mind Web Tree (Mohali, Punjab)
Interview
Total 4 rounds of interview for Angular Developer Role, All rounds are face to face(offline). Question related to Angular and JavaScript.
But my experience is very bad, my all rounds clear perfectly after that they ask for documents for verification, i gave all required documents after verification they ghostly not giving any response after 5 6 days they said that we stop hiring for Angular Developer. My question is simple that why you waste candidate time and down the moral firstly you call candidate for first 3 rounds face to face if you have to stop hiring for that position why you call candidate for final round with CEO.
Please don't waste candidate time if you don't have any vacancies.

Question 1
What is the Difference between AngularJs and Angular 2+?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Mind Web Tree (Chandigarh) in Aug 2024
Interview
The HR interview assesses cultural fit, communication, and background, while the technical team evaluates your skills through coding or practical tests. This two-stage process ensures candidates align with both the company culture and technical requirements.
First Round: Technical Screening
The first round was a technical screening focused on Angular and JavaScript. The questions were standard and relevant to the technologies mentioned. I was pleased to learn that I passed this round and was selected for the next stage.
Second Round: Coding Assignment
The second round was a coding challenge. I was tasked with developing a Student Management system and had to complete it live. I successfully completed the assignment and submitted it within the given time frame. Following this, I was informed that I had advanced to the final round.
Final Round: MD Interview
I received an email from HR confirming my selection for the MD round and scheduling the interview. However, during the scheduled time, no one joined the call. I waited for 20 minutes and sent a message to HR, but there was no response. I also attempted to call HR, but my call was not answered. Eventually, I left the meeting.
The next day, I did not receive any communication or information from HR regarding the missed interview. If the MD round was not going to take place, it should not have been scheduled. If it was scheduled, there should have been someone to conduct the interview. This experience felt very unprofessional and left a negative impression.
