Interview
It consisted of 2 interviews, 1 was short with an HR person (really low level questions). 2 was with the DM via FaceTime/Skype (also very low level questions). The company does not have a benefits package in place for Full-Time employees. It also pays far below market value for Store Managers (offer was $41,000 per year with no benefits or PTO).

Interview
There was a brief pre-screen phone call they later referred to as an interview where they general got to know you and learn a little about you and your experience. A few days later they set up a Skype interview with very basic low-level questions.
