Simple telephone interview with fast hiring process. Initial interview was with a screener and the second was with the hiring manager/DON/administrative staff/nurse educator. Very tight knit administrative group with daily morning meetings that discuss matters regarding this rather large facility.

Interview
Very thorough and complete. I chatted w/ head of food service, toured the facility, then chatted w/ the department head. I was drug screened, had a phyiscal, then they made me an offer.
