Miltec UV interview questions

Initial phone call from an HR worker who feels out general attitude toward the company and its products. Asks non specific questions, really more of a person to person conversation. Secondary Zoom meeting with two HR people and the head of the Engineering department. Discuss what you are looking to gain from the internship and what processes you might want to work on.

Standard HR->phone->in-person interview. The potential employers spent the majority of time during the interview process telling me about themselves, to be honest. The other time was spent describing the job at hand.
