They reached out for a screening interview, provided me with a link to fill out my availability but then never heard back from them even after multiple follow up emails

Virtual interview with four staff members. Seemed ok on both zoom meetings, but then no post interview follow up.
For a professional firm it appeared rather lackluster.
Not sure what the big deal is being responsive to candidates is a standard all employers should follow.
