I had interviews with a recruiter and then an initial interview with HR. Interviewer had very specific questions, e.g. 'Tell me a time when you had a disagreement with a lawyer and had to report them to higher ups in particular what did you do and how did you handle it' - which I felt was too specific and wasn't a situation that I would have an example of.

There was an interview with a recruiter, then an interview with 3 lawyers (2 lawyers who the position would support + the lawyer that heads HR services) and then another interview with a lawyer that the position would support + the head of corp. services + the manager of legal assistants.
