I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Miller-Motte Technical College in Sept 2022
Interview
The interview process was pretty smooth. I was contacted for a review and was informed I would have to do a teaching demonstration. The interviewer asked behavioral question as well as questions on teaching style. I received a tour of the campus and spoke with the ED. Before leaving I was scheduled a second interview with the ED. During that interview I was asked some basic questions as well.

Interview
Upon arrival, it seemed like the person who had scheduled my interview, forgot that he did. I met with two supervisors after waiting some time. They were prepared and had my resume with them. They asked how I would apply my previous work experience to the position I was applying for. I was invited for a second interview via zoom, which I dialed into, but could not get the video part to work. The moderator had asked to call back and try it again, and when I did, there was nobody on the other end of the call. I contacted my original interviewer several minutes after, and heard nothing more from the company after that. No where in the job description, which was not remote, did it require me to know how to use zoom. I believe I was not selected due to that, which I believe to be unfair.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Miller-Motte Technical College (Wilmington, NC) in Mar 2017
Interview
The interview process included one face to face interview. The background check was pretty extensive. I had to take an aptitude test and provide 7 references that were combined to get my score for consideration for employment.
