Milestone SEO interview questions

The most unprofessional interview I have ever been involved in. Number one, the office was absolutely filthy and disgusting. The interviewer, named "Jen", didn't really even seem to understand for what she was looking for, nor would give even a ballpark for the salary - even though I had over 8 years of professional experience for this position. Everyone there seemed to be dressed for a football game rather than work - perhaps they didn't want to get their good clothes dirty in this office.
