My interviewing experience with Milan was very professional, positive and transparent. Kristin, the talent acquisition rep, is great. She immediately made me feel at ease and our conversation was very natural. She was thorough in the detailed explanation of the job requirements, and in her responses to all of my questions. Kristin stayed in contact with me as I moved through to my next two interviews with the Regional Sales Manager, Tara. Tara is also amazing. Our conversations were relaxed but focused. She made her expectations of the position clear, and she was transparent about the opportunities and challenges it presents. I was delighted when I was offered the position and I look forward to becoming part of the Milan team!
