The interview process is very straight forward, any background in aesthetics is great. Must be customer focused and okay talking to all types of people, comfortable selling and have a flexible schedule. The only downside is the interview process takes a while. The screen you with a recruiter before coming in person with a clinic manager. You don’t hear back for a while (which I found out is normal) the recruiter made promises about pay and growth that are false.

The interview process was streamlined and efficient. I was asked questions on I operate at my current position and how I would use those skills at this position. I was also given the opportunity to ask any questions I had.
