The interview process is very straight forward, any background in aesthetics is great. Must be customer focused and okay talking to all types of people, comfortable selling and have a flexible schedule. The only downside is the interview process takes a while. The screen you with a recruiter before coming in person with a clinic manager. You don’t hear back for a while (which I found out is normal) the recruiter made promises about pay and growth that are false.

The interview process with Milan Laser Hair Removal was very easy and intuitive. One phone interview with a recruiter and a Second interview with the Clinic Manager. I appreciated how easy going everything was.
