Short interview with simple questions. Mikes Camera bought some locations from Ritz Camera that were going out of business and interviewed the employees that they wished to transfer over.

Basic Hiring interview involving one with the Store Manager and one with the Assistant Store Manager. Nothing at all difficult with the usual questions of why one would like to work at Mike's Camera, where one would see themselves in the next few years, etc. etc. The situation is highly informal, though I'm sure they appreciate reasonable dress, as it took place in the manager's office with a clear view of the sales floor. We were occasionally interrupted with a question or a need from the floor.
