I did a Zoom meeting with an HR person and another with my future boss. I then took a brief editing test that took like five minutes. They offered me a job that same day.

They have you interview with HR, then they have you write 2 pages of unpaid papers for them, then if they like your writing samples they give you a final interview with two of the owners of the company.
