I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Midway Products Group (Monroe, MI) in Jan 2017
Interview
I was brought in by a head hunter. I was interviewed by HR then Supervisor who told me more about the company. It was quite simple for interviews. I do recall they spoke of his they have a "tight ship", which is very true.

Interview
I applied online. Got a call a couple days later as my phone interview. Then got invited to come in for my interview. My “interview” was coming in expecting a face-to-face interview but instead was coming in to get on an old computer and work out problem/resolution scenarios. There’s math problems, personality tests, etc. How long that lasts depends on you because it goes by your pace. You could be in there for an hour or two. After I finished I had to go get the Human Resources lady who brought me in her office and told me I passed. Asked me when I could go take my physical and drug screen. After you do that THEN they want you to do THEIR physical. You have to sit down with their occupational therapist and do math, you have to walk while being timed and pass a quarter mile test, be able to lift 40 pounds, make 4 parts in under 6 minutes, make 3 parts in under 5 minutes. It sounds simple but I was there for over 2 hours doing this. After you pass that test they sit you down afterwards and have you come in the next week for orientation. There’s a lot of stupid hoops you have to go through to make them happy.

Interview
Had two phone interviews. Both over an hour each. Sales manager and HR conducted both. On-line personality test was very long. My experience did not match their needs, however the research I did on the company was enlightening. Good overall experience.
