My interview process was well above expectations for this company. Devin was very informative about the job and offered a lot of insight. He was very personable, respectful, and professional. I was very happy with how everything went and walked out confidently.

What is your biggest X factor that would differentiate yourself from other candidates we are looking at?
Bait and switch scam. You apply for a marketing role, but it's actually a sales role in which the compensation is commission only. They also have you interview in a group. Beware this scam.

Interview
The role was not accurately represented in the job posting. While it was listed on LinkedIn as one type of position, the interview process revealed it was primarily door-to-door sales. In the second interview, I learned it was commission-only compensation, which had not been disclosed upfront. Additionally, the first interview was conducted via Zoom with another candidate present for about 15 minutes, limiting my ability to speak and creating an uncomfortable dynamic.
