I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Middlesex Savings (Boston, MA) in Apr 2022
Interview
The recruiter was over three hours late to my phone screen and did not ever notify me nor apologized. Phone screen was just a simple conversation that went well. After the phone screen, I was moved to the next stage which was an in-person meeting with a branch manager in-person which was great. It was simple more about questions about my resume and how I would handle difficult situations.

Question 1
Explain a time you were part of a team and when you had a disagreement how did you handle that?
Accounts at the bank are accessible to just about anyone, with many minimum opening balances at just $1. The savings account and money market account come with no monthly service fees as well, increasing the accessibility. Further, the CD rates offered are impressive for a brick-and-mortar bank, with terms lengths of 12 months and above at 0.25%.

Easy and fast, I applied and they reached out immediately to make an interview with me. I waited a few weeks to hear back and then started a training process, which only took a week.
