Middle Tennessee Medical Center interview questions

Applied online for several positions over a 5 month period. Landed an interview with Baptist hospital first then 2 weeks later landed one with Middle Tennessee after calling several times. Not sure if that helped. waited 25 minutes. I applied for 2 different positions and had 2 different interviews on same day. One was for patient assistant, the other was for patient care tech. interviewed with recruiter first, then patient assist. manager, then 2 nurse managers from 2 different floors. overall experience was good. managers very nice and approachable. typyical questions, why did you apply to this facility? How do you deal with challenging situations? how do you handle difficult patients? where do you see yourselft in 5 years?. staff I came in contact with were very nice and professional. facility is a year old. very beautiful. faith based hospital
