Firstly you will be asked to fill a lot of papers part of it is Application and the other will be tests (IQ, English, C#, ASP.Net Web Forms, Database and OO) each of them is in a separate paper/s. the questions are very trivial and does not reveal your skills any one who searchs online for interviews question will easily solve them after one and half hour to answer all of this questions, i asked to wait for evaluation of my answers in order to continue your interview cycle or not. i asked to wait to start technical interview. after waiting for more than half hour i entered interview with someone called mohammed, as he said " iam mohammed i am a team leader here" he is a very aggressive person, has no communication skills, lack minimum level of professionalism he said, do you have a problem to work with webforms i said what kind of problems do you need then he asked the same question with a louder voice and angry face i said yes any software engineer seeks to work with latest technology then with an angry voice and standing up leaved the room and said interview is finished i said why do you do that? why you don't mention in the job description what you want specifically he replied this is responsibility of HR . So which company let HR write the technical description with no reference to technical departments also they will ask u to bring your CV hard copy in order not to print it on their printers so briefly The company has a very bad interview process and Bad interviewers who does not know any thing about both respect and professionalism.
