This is for a new grad selection process. Recruiters came to our college campus. Each interview was conducted by one interviewer.
All questions were rather simple (function to revert string, parse double).
There were a few questions that meant to test one's suitability for project manager roles: 'look at your watch, how would you improve it', 'how would you convince other companies to use microsoft products'.
Interviewer seemed like a junior software engineer at the company - didn't seem particularly excited about the process.
