Interview
I met with the recruiter first, then the hiring manager, then peers I would work with and the hiring manager for a second time, then important stakeholders. Overall 7 interviews in total.
I found the procedure taking too long (months) with no clear expectations in upfront. I experienced a lack of decision making skills with the hiring manager. I also never got actual feedback.
