Interview process was fairly simple, I was contacted by agent and then my profile was selected for interview with two employees from Microsoft.
Here comes most annoying part, when the interview started there was no greetings or any explanation about what company does or what they are looking for.
Ethical and moral behavior was missing in whole interview process.
One of the guy was stressing as if I was ying on resume which I did not like at all.
Here is the scenario
Interviewer- Have you worked on LPKF?
Ans: Yes I have worked.
Interviewer: Are you sure you can work on LPKF?
Ans: Yes
Interviewer: We have LPKF at our facility, If I hand you a project can you work on it?
Ans: Yes, but then I had doubt on the interviewer lying to me, so I counter questioned him, which model of lpkf do you have? he said he doesn't know, and he have to check. LOL
Then with second interviewer initially i said i have no experience on spectrum analyzer, i have experience on VNA, oscilloscope, multimeter etc.
But it seems like she had a set of questions on spectrum analyzer, and she was reading continuously one after another question on spectrum analyzer lol.
Why would keep asking question on something which was already told by candidate that he has no experience on.
Overall, I had higher expectations from Microsoft, but it turned out to be that everything is robotic there, I think employee should be trained on moral and ethical behavior and a matured professional should conduct the interview.
