First was 30 Minute Phone Screen - scheduled pretty quickly and screener was friendly and thorough. Asked behavioral questions and shared next steps. Encouraged questions at the end as well, it helped to be curious! Next was a final interview, fully remote, scheduled within a week

Prepared for interview by answering many questions i thought could be asked. I was too prepared and was told that I should not prepare as much. I passed the first round interview, however, my Masters program started at a different time than they preferred.
