I am interviewing a long-term contracting position Microsoft through a vendor company. The 1st interview is a phone interview from hiring manager who explained the role well, and she asked a test question - how to test a soda can.
The 2nd interview is 1-1 personal interview. The questions consists of basic coding questions and test questions. The interviewer is also interested in my personal career goal and passions.
