The overall interview process was quite relaxed. The interviewers were interested in managing experience, the coding or architectural questions were either simple or interviewers doesn't dig too deep. The final offer was SDE II (62) while initialy I was interviewed for Senior (63+). They explained a motivation that promotion is not a problem, while demotion is a problem if I didn't match the expectations. It was really strange considering they didn't dig my skills in depth. For that time I've already had much better offers do I declined it. The process seemed to be very strange and random.
Expect a lengthy hiring process that can take at least two months from start to finish. In my experience, there was approximately one month of interviews followed by another month waiting for the final decision. Be prepared for a slow timeline, especially after completing all interview stages.
