Interview
The interview process was long but I enjoyed it.
A total of 5 interviews 2 technical and 2 behavioral and 1 with the HR.
I received the offer and accepts it but due to some Visa limitation I was not able to join.

Question 1
Most of the interview are behavioral and based on cases.
All the technical questions are in the same field so if you are good in your field it will be easy.
Also erstes Interview mit HR, im Anschluss mit dem hiring Manager und zuletzt ein technisches Interview. HR hat die gängigen Fragen gestellt. Hiring Manager vermehrt über Verhaltensfragen und das technische Interview hauptsächlich um Cloud und .NET Anwendungen.

Interview
The panelists were highly professional, fostering a friendly and engaging atmosphere. Their questions were thoughtful and relevant, contributing to a productive and insightful discussion. The overall experience was well-organized and demonstrated a high level of expertise.
Hit or miss with the people you engage. Some are good, some are not. This role is a stepping stone in my opinion. There are other positions one can move into after some time in this one.
