Interview
Initial phone interview was with a recruiter. Second phone interview with another technical account manager. Third interview was onsite to role play meeting with a fake client. Panel consisted of five employees; two managers and three technical account managers. One hour timed PowerPoint presentation provided by Microsoft. The last half hour was an open discussion. Last interview was by phone with national director.
Initial manager interview followed by competency and role play. Job spec changed throughout the process with no consistency in what I has been told previously. Interns managing the day, which was disorganised
Interview process was intense but extremely enjoyable. The Microsoft recruitment team were very friendly and made the process smooth which allowed all candidates to perform at their highest potential. Well done Microsoft.

Question 1
Scenario based questions - You get a case study and you need to answer how you would navigate challenges within that case study.
Took about 1 month, 2 rounds of interviews. First a phone screening, followed by final rounds with 3-4 interviewers. Interview was mostly behavioral and job fit questions. Using STAR method really helpful
