Recruiter was not experienced so not sure how he judged me. On site was around 40 other people, all split into groups of four. In our group of four we had four interviewers who did 1 on 1 with us. Three technical and one behavioral. All super nice. Other than your skills they wanted to see your attitude, willingness to learn, how you accept criticism, and excitement to programming. All of them went through resume and asked questions on them. Also be prepared to know OOP principles.
