My interview process for the Microsoft internship was incredibly professional and well-structured. The recruiter was very communicative, and the technical interviews were challenging yet fair, focusing on problem-solving skills and foundational computer science knowledge. Pretty straightforward. First round interview with HR, and then you are able to be progressed to a chat with the team. Then a final round with seniors. So that’s all.
